Tracker, CEDARS Tracker/Electronic Monitor Program (Lincoln, NE)

Interested in working with youth who are involved in the juvenile justice system? For youth who are at risk for, or who have committed law violations, CEDARS provides positive development programs to prevent subsequent law violations and prepare them to live successfully in the community. Our Tracker program provides one-on-one supervision and advocacy for youth who are at risk of an out-of-home placement, or are in the process of transitioning back home. As a Tracker you will assist youth in the areas of education, employment, healthy recreation, community service, restitution, basic living skills, crisis intervention, and family development. The Tracker program also serves to prevent adolescents from further involvement in the juvenile justice system. Ideal candidate would be currently pursuing a degree in a related area of focus or have already obtained an associate's or bachelor's degree. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required. Schedule: Flexible part-time hour with some hours being nights and weekend, and weekend rotating on-call.
