CEDARS Early Childhood Development Centers provide children with early and ongoing developmental opportunities to engage them and help them become better learners.

CEDARS Early Childhood programs are accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) or the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
Families receiving state childcare subsidies (Title XX) are welcome, and other families in need may apply for scholarships to offset the financial burden.

In partnership with the Community Learning Center (CLC) initiative and Lincoln Public Schools, CEDARS provides students with positive experiences, enrichment, and academic clubs that help them become lifelong learners.
Community Learning Centers provide safe, supervised and cost-effective before- and after-school and summer enrichment activities for youth. The CLCs also provide support and stability to the families of children served and engages the community where the school is located.
