CEDARS is now enrolling children from six weeks to 12 years in our childcare and school-age programs. For more information, please call 402-434-5437.
Young children from six weeks to 12 years old thrive in settings we’ve designed to help them become better learners. Families receiving state childcare subsidies (Title XX) are welcome, and other families in need may apply for scholarships to offset the financial burden. All of our programs are accredited by the well-respected National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and/or the Council on Accreditation (COA).
CEDARS' early childhood centers accept children ages six weeks to six years. In the early childhood program, children benefit from a continuity of care model where teacher and children move together from six weeks old to age three. From ages three to five, children remain with consistent teachers in a pre-school environment. The classes are built upon Teaching Strategies GOLD™ (previously called the Creative Curriculum).
