Will work in 24hr residential program for teenage girls. This position will assist the youth in self-sufficiency and responsibility through independent living skills instruction by utilizing a nurturing and strength-based approach. Duties include the ability to act as a positive role model, provide crisis management, prepare meals, help maintain a safe and clean living environment and an efficient office, document and administer medication, transporting of clients to/from school, home visits and various appointments. Bachelor's degree in human services or closely related field, a valid driver's license and good driving record are required. At least one year experience working with youth and families is preferred. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:30a-2:30p.
