Will work in 24hr residential program for teenage girls. This position will assist youth in learning self-sufficiency/responsibility through independent living skills instruction, using a nurturing and strength-based approach. Duties include the ability to act as a positive role model, provide crisis management, prepare meals, maintain a safe and clean living environment, document and administer medication, transport youth to and from school, home visits and various appointments. Associates or Bachelor's degree in human services or closely related field and one year experience working with youth and families is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience may substitute for the degree. This position requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Schedule: Thursday 8a-3p, Friday and Saturday 7a-3p.
